Loir - a small animal, active only in warm seasons and sleeps through long winters under roofs or in hollows. Loirs eat fruits and are rather harmless, unless there are too many of them to eat all apples and plums in the garden. A loir family lives under the roof of our house. We found a baby loir in the morning on our staircase and decided to help him to get back to his home.
