Hello, I’m a salamander.

This is the mystical salamander, that  is borne in fire, a personage of many legends and myths. In reality a salamander lives often in a rotten stump and when this piece of wood is got into fire, the salamander  leaves  it’s home trying to escape and find a safe place.. Salamanders live mostly in the West and South of Europe. In rainy days salamanders can be found in the grass or even on forest pathways ( as I found these ones).
