     The nature in Serbian mountains is very delicate and beautiful in every period of the day. October mornings are clear and rather cold while evenings are bright and warm.  

 

     

Flowers of mountains. Serbia

      Before chosing flowers for our garden it would be rather useful to know what kind of soil prevails  and what flowers feels better in this very area. We walked a lot in the nearby forests and crossed  enormous already empty fields. The dry soil and modest plants do not leave great hope for a flourishing garden. The dream seems will be much more difficult to acheive. The lay of fertile soil is half meter deep with a lot of clay. Rains are rare, and the sun will  burn out most of flowers.

October Thunderstorm. Serbian Mountains

     The nature of Serbian mountains is very beautiful, powerful and dynamic. Today after a week of very hot weather we saw a rare natural phenomenon for October - a strong thunderstorm. The music of Richard Wagner seemed the best to express these dramatic changes of the mountain nature.

      We live in a beautiful place, which is full of sun and poetry. Walking with our dogs in the mountains I visualise our future garden.
